With an outstanding career and over 20 years working with Financial times, Jones has played a leading role in digital transformation at the FT newsroom, streamlining editorial operations and reshaping the focus on digital publishing while maintaining a more simplified yet high-quality approach to print editions. She served as the architect of the global broadcast schedule, devised and implemented a targeted approach to online publication that helped to drive traffic and engagement.
She has also been the FT ambassador in Europe and the Middle East for Headspring, a section chief where she managed and lead large teams of production journalists, a Media advisor to senior management at Europe-based news organisations, and a speaker at international conferences including the International Journalism Festival in Perugia and Newsrewired in London.
Currently, Lindsay is the lead author of the forthcoming business education book: “Going Digital: What it Takes to Make the Change” planned to be published by Pearson and FT Publishing in the last quarter of 2021.
