FT | IE Corporate Learning Alliance strengthens European business development
Financial Times | IE Business School Corporate Learning Alliance today announces the appointment of three additional senior executives in roles in Europe designed to meet its ambitious growth targets in France, the UK and German-speaking countries.
- Sharon Sagoo, Vice President, Corporate Partnerships – UK
Sharon Sagoo is a business development professional with extensive experience in executive education and learning and development at leading business schools. She has a strong commercial background in business development and marketing, and has worked closely with CEOs, C-suite executives and business directors. Her experience covers a wide range of sectors, including health, retail, leisure, food, education, technology and pharmaceuticals.
Sharon’s main career focus has been on leadership, general management, strategy and HR programmes. At FT | IE Corporate Learning Alliance she joins the London-based team to develop the company’s client base in the UK, Norway and Sweden.
Previously, Sharon served as the Business Development Director for Cass Business School Executive Education, with responsibility for external relations and engagement. Prior to this she worked in the Executive Education department of London Business School.
Sharon holds an MSc in Management and a BSc degree in Economics. She is a keen traveller, enjoys fiction and is passionate about food.
- Heiner Küpper, Vice President, Corporate Partnerships – Germany, Austria, Switzerland
Heiner Küpper has spent 17 years in the consulting, training and talent management sectors. During this time he held various roles as a leader, trainer, coach and key account manager, always with a strong focus on business development.
At FT | IE Corporate Learning Alliance Heiner is responsible for the development of relationships with clients in the German-speaking region.
He has broad experience working with multinational companies. He focuses on the skills required to help organisations implement business transformation with strategic training and talent management initiatives, working with line managers and human resources professionals. His previous companies include global leadership development consultant DDI, and training and coaching company MHI Global.
Heiner enjoys family life. He plays saxophone on Sunday evenings in a cover band
- Jean-Marie Ardisson, Vice President, Corporate Partnerships – France
Jean-Marie Ardisson spent 10 years in the training and talent management sectors at EMLyon and ESSEC Business Schools. He focused on developing customised executive education and marketing, particularly in his last position as deputy director of ESSEC Executive Education.
At FT | IE Corporate Learning Alliance he is responsible for the development of relationships with clients in French-speaking regions of Europe and North Africa.
In his executive education experience, he has worked extensively with various industrial sectors, as well as companies in banking and insurance, consulting and the luxury sector. These include multinationals Dow Chemical, Owens Corning and Imerys, as a marketer and business development executive.
Jean-Marie has focused on growing businesses, adapting leadership and their organisations to meet desired business objectives. In particular he has supported the transformation of business models and management to help grow organisations in a VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity) environment.
He has lived in several countries and travelled extensively in North America, Asia and Africa. He is keen on supporting the transformation of organisations as well as taking into account the cultural differences of the various areas where companies operate.
Jean-Marie is an eager traveller, enjoys sport, music and cooking.
