Michele is Head of Global Talent Programmes, Talent & Development at Maersk. In immersive learning experiences cultures come together, norms and purposes are explored, stereotypes expelled, traditional learning environments shaken up, emotions surfaced and authentic leaders emerge.
Michelle’s success in making these experiences possible for Maersk is something she’s honed over her entire professional career.
