Lyndsey plays a key role in defining the newsroom and publishing processes that underpin the FT’s digital transformation. In her current role as section chief of the day production, she has reshaped the editing process to focus on digital output, while simplifying the print operation.

Paul Lalovich, Organisational Effectiveness Consultant and FT | IE Corporate Learning Alliance educator 

Paul is a Strategic HR Executive with a track record of helping organizations move people strategy from the board room to the marketplace. In the recent past, he worked extensively in the emerging markets of Europe and The Middle East for large public and private companies (du, Gazprom, Norconsult and Global Medical Solutions, an EIAG Company, Sadara Chemical Company and Mercer). Currently, Paul is Organizational Effectiveness Consultant at Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation in Abu Dhabi.
