International Women's Day 2021: #ChooseToChallenge
“The story of women’s struggle for equality belongs to no single feminist nor to any one organization but to the collective efforts of all who care about human rights.” – Gloria Steinem
Celebrating the Work and the Voice of Women
While there has been progress, we are still far from gender equality in the workplace.
As reported recently in the Financial Times, despite pressure from shareholders, policymakers and other groups to improve gender diversity, the world’s biggest companies are still recruiting far more men than women for top jobs.
To mark International Women’s Day 2021 and to support the campaign to #ChooseToChallenge, we have made a compilation of our best resources and revisited some essential content created in collaboration with women – from business leaders, to professors, writers, experts who are challenging assumptions and making their mark in their areas of work.
